Kick Start Self Defense is a martial arts academy that is chiefly dedicated

to the Japanese art of self-defense, Karate. We integrate training programs

from Karate practitioners, sports scientists and early childhood educators

to provide age-appropriate programs for all level of students.

Our training will focus on physical and mental aspects.
